Select one of our annual support plans from the Value Packages page, register online on our secure server and make payment. During the registration process you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and to select a password. These will be used each time you log into our site for assistance. For Per-Session support please call 1-866-805-1034.


Log in using your email address and selected password then click “Go”.

You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in “ChatLink” which will connect you to a member of our support team.

Please select Yes, or Open to begin the download.


Our support representative will chat with you online using our ChatLink applet to help you with your problem.

With your permission he can share control of your mouse and keyboard through screen sharing. Remember that you ALWAYS have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard and you can end the screen sharing session at any time via the ScreenSharing menu. Through remote support your problem can either be resolved for you, or a step by step solution can be demonstrated so that you can watch, click and learn.


At the end of the support session you will be taken to a breif customer satisfaction survey. We ask that you take a moment to complete this small survey, as we use the feedback provided by our customers to better our service.
