PC Oil Change: The PC Oilchange is the core of our services and our philosophy at Remote 365. More than a basic system tune-up, our own 21 point inspection and cleanup takes a proactive approach to analyzing, cleaning up and maintaining your system; so that it operates at peak performance. Sure we cleanup the usual assortment of bugs, spyware, temp files, etc., but we also inspect environmental variables which may affect your systems’ overall performance. These include, but are not limited to: Processor speed, RAM memory, HD size and allocation, Operating System, software versions, number of users, user habits and more. More importantly we analyze the compatibility of all of the above items and make recommendations to improve performance. Each session includes a detailed checklist of all tasks performed and includes the results of our security analysis plus recommendations for improving overall performance of the system. |
Virus cleanup: Virus activity is at an all-time high, leaving Microsoft and the antivirus companies scrambling to provide solutions. Even the best protection can’t stop a newly-released virus. Our staff is highly trained in removal of all viral threats. We can help restore your internet connection through a telephone interview followed by a step-by-step walkthrough procedure. Once reconnected, our screen-sharing technology allows us to quickly locate the source of the problem and fix it while you watch and learn.
Security Analysis: Are you protected from all possible threats? Perhaps too protected? Our technicians will analyze your system’s security to determine your current level of exposure to outside threats. We also check to see if you are “too protected”; using redundant software/hardware protection which may be slowing down system performance.
